一、主题活动由来
再过一段时间,孩子们就要迈进小学的大门,就孩子而言,小学是一个陌生而有神秘的地方,就教师而言,面临的如何为孩子消除疑虑,如何满足孩子热切的期望,并从身心发展的许多地方,为他们进入小学做好充足的准备,做好小幼衔接。
小学是幼儿学习生涯的中的第一站,为了帮助他们尽快适应小学的生活,顺利完成学习任务,我们生成了这个《约会小学》主题活动。在温馨、自然、亲切的环境里,通过参观、交谈、比较的方式,让幼儿回顾自己在幼儿园生活的同时,初步感受校园的生活方式,了解小学生的一日生活,尝试安排自己的时间,畅想自己的小学生活,从而激发幼儿成为小学生的愿望。在教师的祝福和叮咛中,成就孩子上学的梦想。《约会小学》主题,顺应幼儿需求,全方面做好入学准备的心理准备、认知准备、生活准备等。为幼儿成为一名合格小学生奠定基础。
二、主题教育目标
1、体验合作的喜悦,建构和谐人格。
2、理解运动与健康之间的关系,养成积极锻炼身体的习惯提高对炎热的适应能力。
3、结合“约会小学”主题,合理安排自己的一日生活,会按计划有序做事。
4、喜欢运用多种艺术形式,大胆表现自己即将升入小学的所思、所感。
5、养成良好的学习习惯。(上课坐姿端正、举手回答问题认真倾听别人讲话、认真完成作业、做事不打扰他人等)
6、养成良好的自理能力,学会自己的事情自己做,发现问题、解决问题。
7、珍爱友谊,懂得多种交流和沟通的方式。
8、喜欢运用多种艺术方式,表达自己上学的愿望,有良好的自信。
9、认识时间,有良好的时间观念。知道做事有序、不拖拉。
三、主题环境的创设
1、主题墙的创设
在《约会小学》主题活动开展过程中,我们从参观清华附小着手,师幼共同讨论环境布置的形式、位置和所需材料。我们设置了“参观清华附小”“小学与幼儿园的不同”“课间十分钟”“感谢老师”“我心目中的小学”“我会使用钱币”六大主题教育板块;。
2、区角环境创设
区角环境的创设,师幼一起商量讨论,尽量与主题相结合,达到支持主题的效果。
美工区:
展示各种礼物和半成品,提供各种美术材料和工具,如:异形卡纸、包装纸、胶棒、剪刀、装饰纸、吸管、硬纸板、乳胶、剪刀、彩色纸等材料,鼓励幼儿自主选择材料,大胆设计并制作自己感兴趣的礼物、名片送给老师,好朋友。
建筑区:
为幼儿提供纸盒、大树、小花、观摩的图片等辅助材料,供幼儿在建筑区中用积木搭建我心目中的小学和我要上的小学。
科学区:
为幼儿提供水、盆、洗衣服、洗手液、洗涤灵等材料,供幼儿探索并记录用什么材料,用多少,配出来的水最容易吹出泡泡;提供橡皮泥、小木块、泡沫、乒乓球、水、盆等让幼儿沉浮的一些原理;
3、过渡环节

、主题活动过程:
活动一:参观清华附小
活动目标:1、认识小学校舍环境和各种设施,了解小学生在校的一些主要活动,减少对小学的陌生感。
          2、激发做小学生的美好愿望。
活动准备:事先与清华附小做好联系。
活动过程:1、参观前的谈话:
(1)幼儿自由讨论想要知道的有关小学的情况。
            (2)教师提出参观要求:①找一找,小学和我们幼儿园有哪些地方不一样?②小学生在学校里做些什么事情?
          2、参观小学:
            (1)参观小学的环境设施,边走边引导幼儿观察讨论:“操场上有些什么?可以干什么?小学生在干什么?男女厕所怎么样区别?小学教室里的桌子、椅子怎么摆放的?讲台有什么用?…”
            (2)分组进入不同班级,观看小学生上课,做实验等活动。
             (3 )课间活动时间询问小学生:“小学里有没有游戏?中午怎么吃饭的?有没有午睡?值日生做些什么事情?每天有作业吗?”等等。
          3、参观后的谈话:
            (1)幼儿说说自己的观后感,教室倾听幼儿的感受。
            (2)教室将幼儿作的比较进行归纳,帮助幼儿建立小学生活最有特点的方面。
活动反思:通过本次活动,幼儿对小学的学习、生活等基本情况有了初步的了解,有了上小学的美好愿望。            
活动二:语言活动“难忘的幼儿园”
活动目标:1、能认真倾听同伴的讲话,做得轮流发音。
          2、主动参与话题的讨论,能清楚、连贯的讲述。
活动准备:物质:毕业照。
活动过程:
1、教师展示以往毕业班的“毕业照”,讲述幼儿园的趣事,引起幼儿对幼儿园生活的回忆。
2、师生共同回忆四年的快乐生活如第一次春游、亲子采摘、第一次做值日生等。
3、请幼儿自愿结伴讲述在幼儿园生活中最难忘的一件事,并用绘画记录下来。
鼓励幼儿将自己的想法和感受与同伴、老师交流。
活动反思:本次活动引发了幼儿一系列回忆,这正是幼儿在园成长的掠影。幼儿回想自己经历过的生活、学习片断,从而使自己对幼儿园的留恋情感体验更具体,更清晰。
活动三:绘画:请你认识我
活动目标:1、能细致观察自己的五官、着装等外貌特点,并用绘画的方式进行表现。
          2、会用自己喜欢的方式装饰自画像,并会向他人介绍自己。
活动准备:经验:有绘画人像和装饰服饰的经验。
          物质:小镜子、彩笔、纸。
活动过程:
1、请幼儿照镜子并说一说自己的特征和自己最喜欢的地方。
2、引导幼儿选择自己喜欢的背景纸,边观察边绘画。
3、请幼儿装饰自画像,把名字写在画像的背面。
4、幼儿作品展示。请幼儿观察画像,猜一猜画中人是谁?为什么?
5、请幼儿向同伴介绍自己的画像及特点。请幼儿推选大家公认的画的最像的幼儿授予“我们班的自画像大师”称号。
活动反思:上小学后,幼儿要结交新朋友。通过本次活动,幼儿更有自信与陌生人交朋友。
活动四:活动名称:我要感谢你
活动目标:1、运用真挚的语言表达对他人的谢意。
          2、懂得身边的人曾为自己的成长默默奉献,应该把他们记住。
活动准备:事先联系活动中的客人。
活动过程:
1、你要感谢谁?
-三年里,有很多人天天和我们在一起,他们是谁呢?我们要感谢谁,为什么?
2、“感谢”对话。
-保育老师像妈妈一样照顾我们,保健医生为我们检查身体,厨房阿姨为我们做香喷喷的饭菜,我们说一句什么感谢的话给他们呢?
-启发幼儿分组讨论对保育老师、保健医生、厨房阿姨说什么感谢的话。
-客人对幼儿的道谢积极回应,让幼儿体验到感谢他人的快乐。
3、还要感谢谁?
-除了这些人,我们还有感谢谁?让我们走出活动室,到他们面前说句感谢的话吧!
活动反思:本次活动的重点是启发幼儿从内心深处对身边的人表达谢意。即将离园之际,教师创设离别氛围,让幼儿用语言、眼神等表达谢意,他们的情感世界也随之丰富、敏感起来。
活动六:音乐活动:友谊地久天长
活动目标:学唱歌曲,表达朋友间的眷恋情意。
活动准备:物质:音带。
活动过程:
1、听友谊的歌曲。
-你们快要毕业了,老师和小朋友就要分开了,以后我们还是好朋友。有一首歌曲唱的是朋友之间的友谊,分别的时候,好朋友总是唱起这首歌。
-幼儿完整欣赏歌曲。听着这首歌,你想起了和好朋友在一起的什么事?
2、歌唱友谊。
-教师演唱两段歌词,幼儿尝试跟唱。
3、告别时刻。
-我们马上要分别了,你想怎样与朋友道别?
-引导幼儿以握手、拥抱、拉钩、击掌、干杯等方式表现与好朋友道别的情景。
-教师弹琴,幼儿跟唱,表达自己的惜别之情。
活动反思:作为一首经典名曲,《友谊地久天长》已经无数次引起过人们的情感共鸣,这首歌的抒情曲调及歌词所表达的离别情绪十分感人。根据幼儿的理解水平及学唱能力,我们仅学唱两段歌词,降低难度,但恰到好处地让幼儿表达了离别情绪。
:主题活动实施及实施后的反思
《约会小学》是大班末期的一个经典主题。幼儿既渴望自己早日成为一名“小学生”,又舍不得离开幼儿园里亲爱的老师、同伴,当幼儿回忆过去的每一天,心里充盈着师生间绵绵的情意和深深的爱意,在《约会小学》这个洋溢着感情色彩的主题里,我们营造温馨、感人的氛围,让幼儿园里原本习以为常的人、事、物顿时在孩子眼前鲜活起来。我们要让幼儿明白:在我们的生命中,拥有好朋友等于拥有最宝贵的财富,体验人与人之间的美好情感,为迈向新生活做好充分的心理、生理上的准备。在情感愿望的驱使下,幼儿与学习共同体——幼儿园里的人或物进行着有意义的互动:做个礼物送给老师、同伴,说句感谢的话…几分激动,几许留恋,自在其中。
和孩子们相处这一年中,里面有千千万万的不舍,孩子们稚嫩的笑脸,孩子们纯朴笑声时时在我耳边围绕,幼儿对周围的一切充满感激,主动地表达着自己对幼儿园的依恋,体验着合作与成长的喜悦,建构着和谐的人格。而也正是在这个过程中,他们长大了,他们也学会了自主安排时间,做好了上小学的准备。我相信,他们会飞的很高很高的!
